Faith. Fun. Fellowship. ... or any triple F alliteration you fancy!

F3 is also often called Household Ministry, but please keep in mind that households include families, empty nesters, singles, young, old... everyone! Favorite. Fabulous. Factoids.

See our bulletin board across from the FLY room for sign-up sheets and other timely information.

We meet around monthly, depending on the season. It's usually on a Monday or Tuesday at 6pm via Google Meet, but not always. Scheduling is done through emailing the group, which has historically been around 4-6 people. Have ideas or want to help out with specific events? Join us!

Some of the events F3 has helped organize:

3rd Saturday Game Nights
6:30-8:00pm in the Big Room

Join us for all kinds of games and FUN! This event is for everyone: individuals, families, and friends of all ages. ALL ARE WELCOME! There will be popcorn, hot cocoa and lemonade. Please join us!

NOTE: There will be NO game night in September. See you at Rhythm at Roosevelt September 21st, and join us for our Halloween Carnival Game Night on October 19th, 2024!

Alternative Giving Fair
Give a Gift, Make a Difference

December 8, 2024  9-11:30am in the Big Room

This annual fair happens in early December. The people of First Lutheran donate homemade handicrafts and baked goods to be sold to benefit ELCA World Hunger. We have also featured local non-profits, ELCA Good Gifts, and Equal Exchange Fair Trade products. It's a great opportunity to pick up Christmas gifts while supporting good things being done in the world!

Below are links to past participating organizations, for gift-giving any time of the year!

One of the first fair trade organizations in the world, SERRV International began its mission by helping displaced European refugees trade their handcrafts for income after the Second World War. Since then, they’ve extended their reach to 24 countries worldwide, working to empower over 8,000 artisans and farmers every year by selling their beautiful handcrafts.

“Cultivate social transformation in Africa while advancing the goals of our non-profit partner, AGILE International. Utilize the Djimi Djama eCommerce to reduce poverty in Africa. Support Djimi Djama by purchasing handbags.”

“Our vision is that everyone has an affordable and decent place to live. Habitat works in partnership with families to improve living conditions in our community and around the world.” Donate to Habitat for Humanity online or by mailed check. Purchases at St. Vrain ReStore also support Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley.

Sharing the Dream in Guatemala works with more than 20 cooperatives and small businesses that use traditional Maya techniques to create unique, handmade products. The purchase of these crafts not only provides an income for these artisans, but also supports community development projects in Guatemala.

Support the ministries that mean the most to you and your loved ones. Ornaments will be available at the in-person event.

Baked goods and crafts will be available at in-person event to benefit ELCA World Hunger. You may also donate directly.

Fair Trade (Equal Exchange) hot cocoa, advent calendars, and more will be available at the in-person event.
